Established in 1988 Connect 2 Telecommunications has considerable knowledge and experience in the provision of tailor-made telecommunication solutions.  We offer a comprehensive portfolio of both equipment and services.  We have a substantial client base ranging from small businesses to national organisations with multiple sites, where cost effective solutions have been provided to satisfy both current needs and those of the future. Regardless of size we offer each of our clients a professional and personal service, always ensuring that we are to the best of our ability, aware of their current and future requirements and that, whatever equipment is installed, they are fully conversant with the benefits it can offer.

As a company

We provide a free comprehensive consultancy service and can also offer an independent overview of both equipment and network providers and via our sister company, ACR Networks Ltd, we are able to provide a whole range of call routing services, from cheaper call tariffs through to private leased lines, 0800 and 0845 numbers, and PRS (Premium Rate Services). In addition to the above we also offer maintenance services to cover your telephone equipment. As well as a call out service on most new systems we are able to offer a remote programming facility which enables us to rectify many maintenance issues from the office, saving our clients valuable time and expense.

When we are working with you on your telecoms solutions you will be allocated a member of staff who will be your point of contact for all aspects of your installation. They will be able to help you with any queries and will be responsible for monitoring your installation from day one through to the after sales support.
