We are currently experiencing a Major Service Outage with our HV Select systems. This is a BT issue and they are working on a solution as a priority. We will keep customers updated regularly and hope to have the systems up an running as soon as possible

BT is undertaking an FTTP (fibre to the premises) pilot in the Oxfordshire village of Deddington, running all telephone and broadband connections over new fibre optic cables from 2013. This will effect all 1,400 lines operating on the local exchange.
